Client Feedback
Customer satisfaction is really important to us, which is why we pull out all the stops to ensure a job well done. Although we always check to see if the client is happy, we don't expect written feedback, so when it arrives it's just the bee's knees. Below and throughout this website are examples of some of the feedback we have received.
"Great case study! I want to get Icehouse to incorporate it in the Go Global programme and on their virtual lounge for their participants. ... Also great paper on 'Engineering is Awesome'. I am all in favour and would prefer it not to be watered down. I would like to see it expanded to give a message along the lines of 'use the media positively to secure your advantage'. ... This is great!"
- Craig Taylor, ICT Director, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (in response to the FutureIntech & Communicate IT "PR for Engineering" document).
"... Thank you so much for your hospitality and looking after me so well in Christchurch. It was lovely actually meeting you and I think you have done a splendid job for us."
- Annette Dow, President of Binary Research International (US).
"Congratulations are in order! Today we signed up a brand new client as a direct result of the article that appeared in Business Magazine. They rang me as soon as they saw it, I did a quote and we met with them on Monday. Today they faxed through our sign-off for a 12-month contract so we are very pleased! I want to congratulate you for helping us to achieve this goal and I look forward to working with you again on our future PR requirements. Thanks for your help!"
- Kalena Jordan, Director, Web Rank Ltd.
"Well done, to both you and Natalie on the excellent organization and coverage of the event."
- Chris Bran, General Manager, Tyco Electronics Australia.
"The Hi-Tech Awards are organised by a dedicated group of industry members in their spare time. The Awards would not be possible without the help of professional organisers. A committee decision was taken to this year involve a PR professional, in addition to the event management company and sponsorship organiser who we had used in previous years.
"The benefit Communicate IT brought to the committee was immense. Not only did Shelley Grell deliver on the promised PR, she also stepped into the breach to deliver the sponsorship budget when our regular sponsorship manager left the region."
- Phil Holliday, Chairman Westpac Hi-Tech Awards 2002.
"After the publication of the article about our contactless card project we received enquiries from potential customers in Asia who would like to work with us on contactless projects. One project is potentially quite large. We have also been contacted by manufacturers who specialise in this product for the North Asian markets who have asked us to manufacture for them, as they don't have capacity for some of their orders. All in all there are some substantial contactless enquiries which have arisen as a direct consequence of the publishing of the news release written and distributed for us by Communicate IT."
- Sonya McGill, Business Development Manager, Security Plastics.
